This innovative system features a 100% reagent-free and salt-free design, completely eliminating the need for tablet salt, chlorine, or potassium permanganate. The configuration connects an integrated Ionizer 3000/1 module directly to a heavy-duty automatic F74A1 control valve, executing automated self-cleaning cycles using active, ionized water to flush out trapped iron and manganese into the drain. Equipped with a professional 2-inch commercial valve platform, this high-flow system ensures maximum water delivery and negligible pressure drop across the filter bed even under extreme industrial peak demands. To ensure proper backwash and optimal performance of the ionization regeneration process, the installation strictly requires a minimum inlet water flow rate of 11.0 m³/h at an operating pressure of 3.3 Bar.
