Here are some common questions about returning items.
Please note that if a cartridge has come into contact with water or the sealed packaging is opened, it is non-refundable.
If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For your convenience, you can use the return code from the Omniva SMS you received upon delivery. Please note that if you use this code for a standard return, a shipping fee of €2.50 will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.
If the item has a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong product, using the return code is completely free for you.
To request a return, please download and fill out our standard Return Application Form. Email the completed form along with your order number to info@akvafors.ee. Our team will then provide you with instructions on how to ship the package back. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund to the bank account specified in your application.
Please note that refunds are strictly issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. For safety and compliance reasons, payments made via PayPal will be refunded back to your PayPal account, and bank link payments will be returned to the same bank account.
