This innovative system features a 100% reagent-free and salt-free design, completely eliminating the need for tablet salt, chlorine, or potassium permanganate. The configuration connects an integrated Ionizer 1000/1 module directly to an automatic F116Q1 control valve, executing automated self-cleaning cycles using active, ionized water to flush out trapped iron and manganese into the drain. Featuring a heavy-duty 1-inch F116Q1 valve, this premium modification ensures significantly lower pressure drops and maximum plumbing comfort during peak water usage compared to standard 3/4-inch configurations. To ensure proper backwash and optimal performance of the ionization regeneration process, the setup strictly requires a minimum inlet water flow rate of 1.8 m³/h at an operating pressure of 3.0 Bar.

Removal Capabilities:

  • Sediment Filtration: Removes sand, rust, and suspended particles (decreases water turbidity).

  • High Iron (Fe) Reduction: Extracted concentrations up to 70–100 mg/L.

  • Manganese (Mn) Reduction: Extracted concentrations up to 3–5 mg/L.
