The replacement quartz sleeve silicone gasket for 25W–150W UV disinfection systems is a heavy-duty sealing component engineered to provide a reliable, leak-proof barrier around standard 23 mm quartz sleeves in whole-house and commercial water sterilization units. Designed for compatibility with Luxe Style, Philips, and equivalent high-output UV systems, it forms a tight compression seal between the quartz sleeve and the stainless steel reactor head or threaded compression gland. Fabricated from pure, food-grade silicone elastomer, the gasket retains its elasticity, compression recovery, and structural integrity under continuous hydraulic pressure, operating heat, and intensive germicidal UV-C exposure.
