Ecosoft MO10000 4" Commercial RO System

The Ecosoft MO10000TP5 is a high-output, compact commercial reverse osmosis system engineered to deliver up to 12,000 liters per day (nominal 400–550 L/h / 100–150 GPH) of purified demineralized water. Designed for demanding commercial kitchens, steam boilers, microbreweries, livestock operations, and car wash facilities, it utilizes an ultra-compact dual-vessel frame that reduces installation floor space by up to 55% compared to traditional MO12000 systems. The system is built around a rugged powder-coated steel frame housing two standard 4" x 40" 300 psi membrane pressure vessels powered by a high-efficiency Grundfos CM 1-10 booster pump (IE4 / A+ energy class) for continuous, low-vibration operation.

Automated operation is managed by the proprietary Ecosoft OC5000 microprocessor controller featuring a backlit LCD screen. The controller governs automatic start/stop cycles, dry-run pump safety, module overpressure limits, and external permeate tank level controls. Raw water passes through a 5 micron sediment prefilter (2.5 x 10") and a Danfoss brass solenoid valve before entering the high-pressure stage. An integrated concentrate recycling line equipped with a precision needle valve enables operators to achieve hydraulic recovery yields up to 75%, significantly lowering sewer discharge while protecting the membrane array from excessive mineral scaling.

Technical information

Here are most important information about this product.

  • Space-Saving Dual-Vessel Layout: Cuts required footprint by up to 55% with a narrow 0.29 x 0.36 x 1.48 m profile housing two 4040 membrane vessels.
  • Double Demineralization Output: Delivers a nominal permeate flow rate of 500 L/h (up to 12,000 L/day) to meet high-volume commercial production demands.
  • Industrial Grundfos CM 1-10 Booster: Delivers high hydraulic efficiency (IE4 standard) with quiet, reliable pressurization across continuous cycles.
  • Automated OC5000 Controller: Offers complete automated control, dry-run protection, high-pressure shutoff, and full float-switch integration for product water tanks.
  • Adjustable Concentrate Recycling: Manual needle valve recirculates a portion of the concentrate back to the pump suction, providing up to 75% water recovery.
  • Integrated Sediment Prefiltration: 10" slim prefilter with a 5 micron melt-blown cartridge protects the pump stages and membrane surfaces from suspended solids.
  • Complete Process Instrumentation: Includes dual panel-mounted pressure gauges (inlet feed and membrane array) along with dedicated rotameters for permeate and concentrate streams.
  • Industrial Assembly & CE Certification: Built in accordance with EC Directives using food-grade PE/PVC tubing, Danfoss solenoids, and a standard 230 V single-phase plug-and-play connection.

Please note: RO membrane elements (2 pcs required) and permeate storage tanks are not included in the standard package and must be selected based on local raw water chemistry. A thorough raw water analysis is necessary before installation to size pre-treatment stages such as iron removal, softening, or activated carbon filtration. The system requires connection to an earthed electrical outlet (Schuko Type F, 16 A / 250 V), and the steel chassis frame must be connected to earth ground. When commissioning new membrane elements, discharge all permeate produced during the first 15 to 60 minutes to the sewer before directing pure water to storage tanks.
