Ecosoft MO5000 4" Commercial Reverse Osmosis System

The Ecosoft MO5000TP5 is an ultra-compact, high-efficiency commercial reverse osmosis system engineered to deliver up to 6,000 liters per day (nominal 200–300 L/h) of high-purity demineralized water. Designed specifically for tight utility rooms, laboratories, commercial kitchens, steam boilers, breweries, and car washes, this space-saving unit reduces installation footprint by up to 55% compared to conventional commercial RO systems. The assembly is built around a heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame and features an energy-efficient Grundfos® CM 1-10 high-pressure pump (IE4 / A+ class) coupled with a high-pressure 300 psi 4040 membrane pressure vessel to ensure continuous, vibration-damped, low-noise operation.

Automated system control is driven by the proprietary Ecosoft OC5000 microprocessor controller with an intuitive backlit LCD interface. The controller provides automated service cycles, dry-run safety shutoff, overpressure protection, and remote stop connectivity, ensuring fail-safe continuous production. Water enters through an integrated 5 micron sediment prefilter (2.5 x 10") and a Danfoss brass solenoid valve before passing into the high-pressure membrane module. An integrated concentrate recycling line with a manual needle valve enables fine-tuned hydraulic recovery up to 75%, significantly minimizing wastewater discharge without sacrificing membrane longevity.

Technical information

Here are most important things about this product.

Please note: RO membrane elements and permeate storage tanks are ordered separately based on application needs. A feed water analysis is strongly recommended prior to commissioning to verify pre-treatment requirements (softening, carbon filtration, or antiscalant dosing). The system must be connected to an earthed electrical outlet (Schuko Type F, 16 A / 250 V), and the steel chassis must be grounded. After installing new membrane elements, divert all permeate production directly to the drain for a minimum of 15 minutes to flush shipping preservatives before supplying point-of-use tanks.
