Equipped with a built-in 2 L pressure buffer tank, high-capacity booster pump, and integrated dual pressure gauges (monitoring pre-filter output and operating pump pressure), the RObust 4000 ensures continuous operational control and system protection. The multi-stage filtration process utilizes a 5-micron sediment pre-filter, a CTO carbon block filter, and two 500 GPD reverse osmosis membrane elements, removing up to 99.8% of dissolved solids, chlorine, heavy metals, and bacteria. Built to fit compact commercial under-counter spaces (561 × 195 × 562 mm), it delivers reliable, high-volume direct-flow purification with simple maintenance access.
Functional Features:
High Direct-Flow Production: Delivers a continuous flow rate of 150–180 L/h (up to 3 L/min) without requiring an external storage tank.
Commercial 20-Hour Continuous Duty: Built with heavy-duty components and an integrated pump bypass designed for intensive 20-hour daily operation.
High Efficiency & Low Water Waste: Operates at a 55–60% recovery rate, significantly reducing wastewater compared to conventional RO systems.
Real-Time Pressure Gauges: Front panel features two gauges to monitor pre-filter clogging (inlet pressure) and membrane operating pressure.
Compact Stainless Steel Housing: Hygienic, durable, and space-saving design tailored for seamless integration into commercial kitchens.
Technical Characteristics of the Filter:
Product Type: Commercial Direct-Flow Reverse Osmosis System
Model Name: Ecosoft RObust 4000 (ROBUST4000)

Recovery Rate: 55–60%
Internal Buffer Tank: Built-in 2 Liters
Operating Water Pressure: 6–8 bar (inlet feed pressure required: 2–5 bar)
Power Supply / Consumption: 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz / 0.12 kW (120 W)
Drinking Water Faucet: Not included (engineered for direct appliance connection)
System Dimensions (H × W × D): 561 × 195 × 562 mm
Weight: 25 kg
Replacement Elements: 5-micron PP sediment filter (3 mos), CTO carbon block filter (3 mos), 2× 500 GPD RO membranes (12 mos)
Please note: Replace the PP pre-filter and CTO carbon filter after filtering 10,000 liters or at least every 3 months. If the pressure gauge after the pre-filters drops below 1 bar, replace the pre-filter cartridges immediately to prevent pump cavitation and membrane damage. Replace both 500 GPD RO membrane elements after 60,000 liters or at least once per year when filtration speed decreases significantly. If the unit remains unused for over 2 weeks, perform a full system sanitization prior to resuming operation.
