The Luxe Style 16W UV water sterilizer is engineered for high-performance germicidal disinfection in residential drinking water systems, point-of-use filtration, and domestic supply lines requiring elevated flow capacity. Delivering short-wave UV-C radiation at a wavelength of 253.7 nm, it effectively disrupts microbial DNA to neutralize up to 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, and cysts without chemical additives or altering water flavor and odor. Built with a heavy-duty AISI-304 stainless steel reaction chamber featuring a 1.2 mm wall thickness and standard 1/2" threaded connections, the system handles maximum water pressures up to 145 psi and provides dependable continuous disinfection at flow rates up to 0.48 m³/h (480 L/h).

The unit is equipped with a high-efficiency 16W germicidal UV lamp rated for an operational lifespan of up to 9,000 hours, ensuring year-round biological protection. Powered via an electronic ballast connected to standard 220–240 V / 50 Hz mains, it consumes only 16 W of power. For enhanced electrical safety in domestic and utility plumbing setups, the stainless steel reactor body includes an integrated protective grounding bolt. Its compact inline geometry allows straightforward installation beneath kitchen counters, alongside water coolers, or as an advanced disinfection stage in reverse osmosis and sediment filtration lines.

Please note: UV disinfection requires optical water clarity to remain fully effective. Feed water turbidity must be kept below 0.1 NTU; installing a 1-micron polypropylene sediment pre-filter upstream of the unit is strongly recommended. The stainless steel housing must be connected to an electrical safety ground via the dedicated ground terminal. Replace the UV lamp annually (approximately every 8,000–9,000 operating hours), and periodically inspect and clean the inner quartz sleeve to prevent mineral scaling.
