UV Lamp Water Sterilizer Luxe Style 12W – 1/4" Max. 0.23 m³/h

The compact Luxe Style 12W UV water sterilizer is engineered for high-performance germicidal disinfection of drinking water in inline filters and domestic reverse osmosis systems with higher flow demands. Emitting short-wave UV-C radiation with a wavelength of 253.7 nm and an intensity of 31 µW/cm², the system reliably breaks down microbial DNA, neutralizing up to 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, and cysts without chemical additives or altering water taste and odor. Its reaction chamber is constructed from food-grade AISI-304 stainless steel with a 1/4" M threaded connection, providing excellent corrosion resistance, pressure endurance, and safe water contact at flow rates up to 0.23 m³/h (230 L/h).

The Luxe Style 12W unit features an energy-efficient 4-pin single-ended UV lamp measuring 287 mm in length, rated for an operational lifespan of up to 8,000 hours. Operating via an electronic ballast on standard 220–240 V / 50 Hz power, it consumes just 12 W. For electrical safety in residential under-sink installations, the 283.7 mm stainless steel reactor body is equipped with an integrated grounding terminal. With its compact profile and standard threaded connections, the system serves as a dependable final biological barrier before water reaches the dispensing tap.

Please note: UV disinfection requires clear water to remain effective. Feed water turbidity must be below 0.1 NTU; installing a 1-micron sediment pre-filter cartridge upstream of the unit is strongly recommended. The stainless steel housing must be connected to an electrical ground. Replace the UV lamp every 12 months (8,000 hours), and periodically inspect and clean the quartz sleeve to remove mineral scale.
